Monogamous Relationships

Monogamy is best and usually described as a relationship with only one partner at a time, rather than multiple partners. A monogamous relationship can be sexual or emotional, but you’ll most typically find it’s usually both, if the relationship is practicing monogamy.

Ethical Non-monogamous Relationships

More non-traditional, you’ve probably heard ethical non-monogamous relationships referred to as, “open relationships”. Polyamory specifically refers to people who have multiple romantic and sexual relationships at the same time.
