HOW DOES SAME-DAY DELIVERY WORK?
When you placed your order and have selected Same Day Delivery as your choice of shipping service, you will get that product the same day.
WHAT IS THE CUT-OFF TIME FOR SAME-DAY DELIVERY SERVICE?
All orders for same-day delivery need to be in the system by 3.00 pm Monday to Friday. Saturday and Sunday there is no Same Day Delivery service.
Orders by 3:00 pm will be delivered on the same day. Orders after 3.00 pm will be delivered the following day.
WHICH DELIVERY OPTION DO I NEED TO PICK FOR SAME-DAY DELIVERY?
At checkout, if your postcode is in the eligible area for same-day shipping then you will see an option called "3-Hour Delivery (Mon-Fri | 8 am – 3 pm | Except Public Holidays) "
I CAN'T SEE A SAME-DAY DELIVERY OPTION?
If you do not see the same-day delivery option, then your postcode is not in the delivery area or the product you have selected is not available for immediate shipping.
IS MY ORDER DISCREET?
