Sportsheets Signature Midnight Muse Oval Gag

Sometimes silence says exactly what you want it to.

The Sportsheets Signature Midnight Muse Oval Gag brings a refined, sensual edge to mouth restraint, pairing a smooth silicone mouthpiece with classic black styling and polished metal hardware.

Unlike a traditional round gag, the oval mouthpiece features a flatter profile that offers a different fit between the teeth and lips. This streamlined shape may feel less bulky for some wearers, making it an appealing option for those who want the psychological intensity and speech restriction of a bondage gag with a comfort-focused design.

The mouthpiece measures approximately 3.7 cm at the dimension supplied in the product information, creating noticeable mouth-filling sensation while maintaining the sleek Midnight Muse silhouette.

An adjustable buckle closure fits head circumferences from approximately 43 to 61 cm, allowing the strap to be tailored to the wearer. Once positioned, the gag muffles clear speech and shifts communication towards eye contact, touch and pre-arranged non-verbal signals.

Finished in black with sleek hardware, the Midnight Muse styling gives this silicone gag a polished, sophisticated look that pairs naturally with collars, cuffs and other restraint accessories.

Gender-neutral and designed for consensual power exchange, it brings together comfort-focused shaping, restraint and visual impact without overcomplicating the experience.

A little less talking. A lot more attention.

How to Use

Discuss boundaries and establish a clear, reliable non-verbal stop signal before putting the gag in place.

Position the silicone mouthpiece gently between the teeth, then secure the strap behind the head using the adjustable buckle.

Adjust the strap until the gag remains positioned without placing excessive pressure on the mouth, teeth, lips, jaw or head.

Because speech will be restricted, use an agreed non-verbal signal such as repeated tapping, dropping an object or a clear hand gesture to indicate that the gag should be removed.

Monitor the wearer continuously throughout play and keep the buckle accessible for immediate removal.

Safety Information

Never leave a gagged person unattended.

Make sure the wearer's nose remains completely unobstructed and that they can breathe comfortably through it before and throughout use.

Do not use the gag if nasal breathing is restricted by congestion, illness or another breathing difficulty.

Avoid gag play if the wearer feels nauseous, is at increased risk of vomiting or has another condition that could make mouth restraint unsafe.

Remove the gag immediately if the wearer experiences breathing difficulty, panic, dizziness, nausea, jaw pain, numbness, loss of sensation or significant discomfort.

The oval profile does not eliminate the possibility of jaw fatigue. Keep wear periods conservative, check comfort frequently and allow regular breaks.

Do not overtighten the strap or force the mouthpiece into position.

Do not use the gag while sleeping or when the wearer is intoxicated, heavily sedated or otherwise unable to reliably communicate distress.

Product Care & Hygiene

Clean the silicone gag before and after every use.

Wash the silicone mouthpiece with warm water and mild soap, then rinse thoroughly to remove residue.

Wipe the faux leather strap with a soft damp cloth rather than soaking the complete gag.

Towel dry the hardware and allow all components to dry completely before storage.

Do not boil or fully sterilise the complete product, as high temperatures and prolonged immersion may damage the strap and hardware.

Avoid bleach, abrasive cleaners and harsh household chemicals that may damage the silicone, strap or hardware.

Inspect the mouthpiece, strap, buckle, stitching and attachment points regularly for cracking, tearing, roughness, looseness or excessive wear. Discontinue use if any component becomes damaged or develops sharp edges.

Store in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight, excessive heat and moisture.
