Can I use my membership discount on sale items?
No, membership discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any sale items. Our point-of-sale system is designed to automatically apply the best possible offer for you, which may be a sale price or a membership discount, but not both.
When does my warranty start?
Your 2-year warranty for rechargeable toys starts on the day of purchase, provided you were a VIP member at the time of purchase. Please note that this warranty is only applicable to rechargeable toys purchased while you were a VIP member. If you became a VIP member after purchasing the toy, the warranty may not be valid.
What happens to my points from the previous membership program?
No, you will not earn points for purchases made prior to the launch of the new loyalty program. However, your VIP tier will be determined based on your previous spending history. For example, if you have previously spent $3K, you will be automatically assigned to the Silver tier, even though you may not have enough points to reach that tier based on current purchases.
How will my VIP tier be determined if I have an existing sales history?
Our team will review your previous purchase history and assign you to the appropriate VIP tier based on your total spending. This will be done prior to the launch of the new loyalty program.
Will I earn points on every purchase?
Yes, you will earn points on every purchase. The points accumulation rate will depend on your membership level.
Can I exchange points for cash?
No, points can only be used for purchases within our store or online platform. Points cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to other accounts.
