Sportsheets Signature Waterproof Blanket

Messy pleasure deserves better than worrying about the sheets.

The Sportsheets Signature Waterproof Blanket creates a soft, protective layer between your play and the bedding underneath, combining indulgent comfort with a discreet waterproof barrier hidden inside the fabric.

On the surface, the plush ribbed texture feels soft, cushioned and inviting against bare skin. Beneath it sits a thermoplastic polyurethane waterproof layer designed to help stop spills, splashes, lubricants and other moisture from reaching the mattress or bedding below.

It is this combination that makes the waterproof sex blanket stand out. Rather than feeling like a clinical protective sheet, it looks and feels like a premium bedroom blanket, with tactile ribbing adding another layer of sensory appeal.

Then Sportsheets takes it one step further.

Four hematite-finish grommets are positioned around the blanket and pair with the included removable black carabiners. These connection points allow compatible cuffs, tethers and restraint accessories to be incorporated into the setup.

Pair it with compatible Sportsheets restraints or the Sportsheets Under the Bed Restraint System to create a more organised setup for positioning and consensual bondage-inspired exploration.

The removable carabiners also mean the blanket can easily transition back to everyday use. Remove the hardware and you have a soft, plush splash proof blanket designed to help protect the bed during sex, massage, lubricant-heavy play or other intimate moments.

Its polyester construction provides softness, while the hidden TPU layer provides the waterproof barrier underneath. Zinc alloy hardware adds a polished finishing touch to the connection points without overwhelming the streamlined design.

For couples who like their play a little wetter, messier or more adventurous, this waterproof play blanket brings together comfort, protection and restraint compatibility in one seriously useful bedroom essential.

Soft enough for the cuddle afterwards. Practical enough for everything that happened before it.

Product Care & Hygiene

Remove the carabiners before washing where practical to help protect both the blanket and washing machine.

Machine wash the waterproof blanket by itself on a regular or gentle cycle.

Use cold or warm water between approximately 30°C and 40°C. Avoid hot water, as excessive heat may damage the internal waterproof layer.

Use a mild liquid laundry detergent.

For heavier lubricant, massage oil or bodily fluid stains, gently spot treat the affected area before washing using mild soap or a gentle stain treatment. Dab rather than aggressively rubbing the fabric.

Because waterproof fabrics may retain water during washing, an additional drain and spin cycle can help remove excess moisture.

• Do not use bleach.
• Do not use fabric softener.
• Do not use vinegar.
• Do not iron.
• Do not dry clean.

Air drying is recommended. Hang or lay the blanket flat in a well-ventilated area away from intense direct sunlight.

If using a tumble dryer, use an air-only or no-heat setting. Do not use heated drying cycles.

Allow the blanket to dry completely before folding or storing to help prevent trapped moisture and mildew.

Store clean and completely dry in a cool location away from excessive heat and direct sunlight.

Safety Information

Inspect the fabric, grommets, carabiners and any connected restraint accessories before each use for signs of wear, bending, cracking or damage.

Use the grommets and carabiners only with compatible restraint accessories and within the manufacturer's intended use.

Do not use the blanket, grommets or carabiners for body-weight suspension or load-bearing restraint unless the manufacturer specifically confirms they are rated for that purpose.

If incorporating restraint play, maintain clear communication, agree on a safeword or stop signal, and keep a reliable release method accessible.

Never position connected restraints in a way that restricts breathing or circulation and never leave a restrained person unattended.
