Be Daring's DVD Exchange
BeDaring Customer Rewards card incorporates a DVD Exchange Program.
HOW THE SYSTEM WORKS
Upon joining the BeDaring VIP Customer Rewards, you are issued with an individual bar-coded VIP Card sufficient for 40 exchanges. You may commence the exchange program by buying your first DVD from price-points at $29, $39, $49 or $59. This price point is then stamped on your card and you may exchange any DVDs in our range up to and including this price point.
REGULAR EXCHANGE
Customers with a 'BeDaring VIP Customer Reward Card' (BCR) may exchange DVD up to the Price Point on their card, for a $15 exchange fee per DVD. Each time that you exchange a DVD your VIP card is stamped. As an exclusive BCR Member you are entitled to a FREE DVD Exchange on every 5th exchange.
Example 1: BCR Card Holder (on a $39 Price Point) exchanges a $39 DVD for another $39 DVD
A customer (with a BCR Card for $39) wishing to exchange a $39 DVD for another $39 DVD is charged the regular exchange fee of $15.
Example 2: BCR Card Holder exchanges a $29 DVD for a $39 DVD
A customer (with a BCR Card for $39) wishing to exchange a $29 DVD for a $39 DVD is charged the regular exchange fee of $15.
Customer Wishes to Increase BeDaring Customers Rewards DVD Price Point.
Example 1: A BCR Card Holder with $39 level wishes to exchange a $39 DVD & also increase their exchange price-point to $49 level.
A customer (with a BCR $39 level) wishing to exchange from the $39 DVD to a $49 DVD, is required to (a) pay $10* to move to this price-point PLUS (b) the $15 exchange fee The customer's BCR card is stamped to reflect the new level which the customer has now progressed to. *The $10 paid to move price-point is a one-off payment and future exchanges up to and including $49 are only $15
Example 2: $39 BCR Card Holder wishes to exchange a $39 DVD and also increase their exchange price-point to $59.
A customer (with a BCR $39 level) wishing to exchange from the $39 DVD to a $59 DVD, is required to
(a) pay $20* to move to this price-point PLUS
(b) the $15 exchange fee. The customer's BCR card is stamped to reflect the new level which the customer has now progressed to.
*The $20 paid to move price-point is a one-off payment and future exchanges up to and including $59 are only $15
WHO IS ELIGIBLE
All customers are eligible to join the BeDaring VIP Customer Rewards. Our database of customer information is solely for the purpose of the BeDaring retail business and is not given and/or shared with any third party. Our staff sign confidentiality agreements which are legally binding.
BENEFITS
Customers are able to exchange DVD up to their price-point for only $15 with no time limits (as in rentals). Movement between the price points is allowed with no additional fees applied.
