These Promotional Terms and Conditions apply to promotional offers advertised by Be Daring and form part of our standard Terms of Service.

Each promotion is valid for the dates and times stated in the relevant promotional material. All promotional pricing, discounts and offers will expire at the end of the advertised promotional period. No rainchecks or extensions will be provided unless explicitly stated.

• Discounts apply to eligible products only.
• Bad Dragon and HiSmith products are excluded from all promotions unless explicitly stated in the relevant promotional material.
• Other exclusions may apply, including but not limited to gift cards, selected premium brands, clearance items, already-discounted products, bundles and sex machines, unless explicitly stated.
• Offers may be available online, in-store, or both, as stated in the relevant promotional material.
• Where prices are displayed as marked down, no discount code is required.
• Where a promotional code is required, the code must be entered at checkout online or presented in-store before payment is completed.
• Promotions are subject to stock availability and may be limited to selected products, quantities, customers or locations.

• The Ekka Mayhem Codeword Sale is available online at www.bedaring.com.au only, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Random codewords may be released throughout the promotional period. The frequency, discount amount and availability of codewords are not guaranteed.
• Each random codeword is only active until the next codeword is provided, unless an alternative expiry time is stated in the relevant promotional material.
• Codewords can only be used once per customer.
• HiSmith Sex Machines, Sex Machine Bundles and Realistic Love Dolls are excluded from this promotion unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Codewords may not be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, promotion, coupon code, reward voucher or loyalty redemption.
• Be Daring reserves the right to amend, suspend, withdraw or remove any codeword offer at any time at its discretion.

• The promotion is only valid for the stipulated promotional period stated in the relevant promotional material.
• Customers may choose 5 items from the selected Fill Your Own Showbag promotional range for $99.
• Products included in the selected promotional range may vary between store locations.
• Available product ranges and stock levels are not guaranteed.
• The Fill Your Own Showbag promotion cannot be redeemed online.
• This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, promotion, coupon code, reward voucher or loyalty redemption.

Promotions may be valid online at www.bedaring.com.au, in-store at participating Be Daring retail locations, or both, as specified in the promotional material.
