Rate: $32.10/hr - $46.63/hr
Weekly Shifts: Approx. 9–24 hours per week

About the Role:
Join our professional, supportive team selling enjoyable, easy-to-sell products in a fun retail environment. Casual sales consultants typically work between 9 to 24 hours weekly, primarily during evenings and weekends, with some daytime shifts as required. Rosters are provided two weeks in advance, though flexibility for covering additional shifts is essential.
Duties Include:
- Opening and closing the store
- Customer sales and service
- Merchandising and store presentation
- General daily store operations
Essential Requirements:
- Aged 18 years or older
- Available to work the majority of Be Daring’s trading hours (including evenings, weekends, and occasional early mornings or late nights)
- Comfortable selling adult products and legal smoking paraphernalia
- Professional personal presentation
- Basic computer skills
- Reliable personal transport (due to late-night finishes)
- Own mobile phone
- Willingness to occasionally appear in promotional social media content
- Ability to work solo shifts, including late finishes without cigarette/vape breaks
- Availability to occasionally cover emergency shifts at a second store (travel allowance provided)
Previous sales experience is advantageous, but personality and enthusiasm count highly—mature candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
