About the Role

Operating since 1992, the Be Daring Group trades multi-award-winning retail shops, three eCommerce websites, and Daring Adult Wholesale.

To date we’ve engaged contract designers; workload now supports a part-time team member (20+ hrs/week) with potential to grow into a full-time role.

This is a creative, fast-paced, and rewarding generalist design role with a strong focus on website graphics—banners, promotional imagery, product visuals, and campaign assets. You’ll also support print collateral, social content, email marketing, and brand projects to ensure our output is polished, engaging, and on-brand.

The successful candidate will commence at our Narangba office with the marketing team. After induction, a hybrid work pattern may be negotiated.

Requirements

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Ability to create website banners, product graphics, and promotional visuals optimised for online use.
• Experience preparing assets for web, eCommerce, and digital marketing campaigns.
• Solid understanding of typography, colour theory, and branding for consistency across channels.
• Knowledge of file preparation and export for digital (RGB, web-optimised) and print (CMYK, bleed).
• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and adherence to brand guidelines.

Highly Valued

• Figma or Adobe XD experience for layouts, landing pages, and UI/UX elements.
• Familiarity with Canva for quick-turn social and marketing assets.
• Motion design or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Ability to create engaging email campaign graphics and digital ads.

Bonus (Nice to Have)

• Basic HTML/CSS understanding to translate designs to web.
• Photography and image editing for product and lifestyle shots.
• Experience with eCommerce platforms (Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.).
• 3D or packaging design (Blender, Cinema4D, CorelDRAW, etc.).
