2. What types of payment are accepted?
On-Line Store: bedaring.com.au accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Card, Bartercard, Empire Trade, Money Order and Personal Cheque. (Cheques may be cleared before delivery)
BeDaring Stores: accepts Cash, VISA, MasterCard, Debit Cards, American Express, Diners Card and Bartercard. Note that Empire Trade and Personal Cheques are not accepted in stores.
3. Are my financial details secured?
We take your online ordering security very seriously which is why for credit card payment we use eWAY Payment Gateway as our online merchant facility. eWAY is a subsidiary of the Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA). Our shopping cart uses Secure Socket Layers (SSL) with 256-bit encryption for secure peace of mind online shopping. We do not receive or hold your credit card details which are received and processed by eWAY.
4. Are my details private and confidential?
Your Privacy is paramount to us. No information from our database will ever be either passed or sold to a third party. We pack and dispatch all goods in house and do not drop ship or use third parties. We do not retain your credit card details which are processed through secure payment gateway (eWAY) using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) certificates providing 128-bit encryption. All existing and previous staff as well as any contractors as necessary are signed to binding confidentiality agreements. All paperwork is shredded on site before leaving our businesses. This is our guarantee for your peace of mind.
5. What appears on my statement?
We use the discretionary billing name B-Shop Online which will appear as ‘the sender’ on your parcel along with our PO Box number. B-Shop Online is also the business which appears on Credit and Debit Card Statements for your complete discretion.
6. Are all items kept in stock?
Our computerised inventory system ensures 99% of items in our catalogue are always in stock at all times. Those items which are ‘Out of Stock’ are clearly indicated on the site. On the rare occasion that we are unable to fulfil an order we will contact you within 1 working day to seek your instructions. At your discretion you can choose to (a) cancel the order and received a full and immediate refund, (b) order a similar substitute ‘in stock’ item (c) wait for the originally ordered to be received at our warehouse.
7. Do you provide discrete, anonymous, delivery to me?
Discrete anonymous delivery
We pride ourselves on Discreet, Anonymous, Fast and Trackable Delivery that will not divulge the contents of your parcel nor where it came from. Our name (Sender) will appear as ‘B-Shop Online’. This is the business that will also appear on your card statement to ensure anonymity. All our parcels are forwarded in secure and discreet Australia Post parcel packaging.
Parcel Tracking
Parcels are collected from our warehouse daily by Australia Post for fast accurate delivery anywhere in Australia. In our partnership with Australia Post we use eParcel, which means that upon dispatch we will send you an email with a link so that you may track the progress of your parcel.
8. What are the delivery charges?
We dispatch all orders through our logistics partner Australia Post by e-Parcel and e-Parcel Express. Logistics provided by Australia Post provide reliable, fast, trackable delivery.
- All orders $149 and over are delivered Freight FREE.
- Orders under $149 are delivered at a flat rate of $10 anywhere in Australia.
- Gift Vouchers are posted free of any postal charges.
9. When will I receive my order?
Same Day Dispatch:
All orders received before 1pm are shipped same day Monday – Friday (excluding Queensland Public Holidays.)
Orders delivered to South East Queensland are dispatched via e-Parcel and will be delivered next day for orders placed before 1pm the day prior. Allow a maximum of 48hrs.
Orders delivered outside South East Queensland are dispatched via e-Parcel Express and will be delivered to Central Business Districts (CBD) next day for order orders placed before 1pm the day prior. Allow a maximum of 48hrs. Orders outside the CBD allow a maximum of four (4) days.
10. Do I need to sign for my order?
Yes. E-parcel orders are receipted to ensure that you get your delivery and must be accepted by you or your agent when delivered. . In the event that no-one is on hand to receive your delivery, a card will be left by the delivery driver advising you to collect from a Post Office nearby.
11. Do you deliver anywhere in the world?
Generally no. At this time we only deliver within Australia and New Zealand. However if you are residing in Australia and want an item delivered overseas please contact our sales team as this may be possible. Applicable freight charges will apply for delivery outside Australia.

17. Can I use discounts offers to make bulk or commercial purchases?
BeDaring sometimes runs heavily discounted specials at near cost, at cost or even below cost as ‘loss leaders’. Such discounts are offered as personal purchases only and therefore no discounts may be redeemed for orders considered commercial or single item bulk orders. BeDaring at its discretion may cancel such orders and refund the purchaser in full.
18. Can I place a bulk or commercial order?
BeDaring may consider Commercial or Bulk orders, please contact with your request prior to ordering at bedaring.com.au for our best price.
19. Do you match competitor’s prices?
Retail Stores
BeDaring will beat any of its retail competitors (excluding on-line adult stores) and offer a further 10% Discount. See staff for details.
Web Store
Our web store is committed to be price competitive on identical offers. If you see a cheaper price elsewhere contact our sales staff for your offer.
