Discrete Delivery

Discreet, Fast, Trackable Shipping that will not divulge the contents of your parcel nor where it came from. All our parcels are forwarded in secure and discreet Australia Post parcel packaging. Parcels are collected from our warehouse daily by Australia Post for fast accurate delivery anywhere in Australia. In our partnership with Australia Post we use eParcel, which means that upon dispatch we will send you an email with a link so that you may track the progress of your parcel.

Once you place your order with us, we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Orders not containing lingerie will be dispatched typically the same day or within 1 to 5 working days of receipt of payment. We use only plain packaging and make sure your address is clearly labeled and only our return PO Box address is present. Regular shipping orders are sent via registered post. Tracking numbers are supplied to you upon dispatch so you can quickly and easily track the progress of your delivery.

Items advertised with a "GET IT FAST" Free Express Delivery offer may only be redeemed for orders up to 3kgs in a single transaction. OR orders over $149 are shipped regular parcel post free of charge. Don't worry if orders are over 3kg as we still get it to you as prompt as possible via Australia Post's eParcel service.

Same Day Dispatch:

Same Day Dispatch applies to advertised products only for orders placed prior to 1pm Monday to Friday, with the exception of lingerie, out of stock items and special orders. Items which display the Xtra's Express Offer allow you to add any extra items to your order and we will ship it to you Free Express Post up to 3kgs.
