Can I return faulty Items? Is there a Warranty?

BeDaring carefully monitors returns rates of all products and any products which prove to be problematic are quickly identified and removed from our range. Our experienced buyers are also familiar with common problems and are careful to avoid possibly problematic or ‘cheap and nasty’ products which may fail unreasonably. That said even the best toys are subject to some failure rates. If you suffer a failure we cover all our products with following unique warranties.

Unique BeDaring 12 Month Warranty

BeDaring offers a ‘Unique BeDaring 12month Warranty’ on all sex toys (excluding Male Stimulators and Love Dolls) with a regular retail sell price of $149 or more. If the item fails within 12months of purchase, as a result of a manufacturing defect we will replace the item OR refund you at your discretion. In the event we replace the item we will dispatch the replacement item to you within 2 working days of receipt at our warehouse. Please allow delivery time as per When will I receive my order?. This offer is unique to BeDaring and we are not aware of any other adult retailer offering a warranty as generous as this. Unique BeDaring 30 Day Warranty

All other faulty items not covered as above are covered by our ‘Unique BeDaring 30 Day Warranty’. If an item fails within 30 days of receipt, as a result of a manufacturing defect we will replace the item or refund you at your discretion. In the event we replace the item we will dispatch the replacement item to you within 2 working days of receipt at our warehouse. Please allow delivery time as per When will I receive my order? This warranty is unique to BeDaring and we are not aware of any adult retailers offering a warranty as generous as this.

Return Post Refunded

Further to our ‘Unique BeDaring 12 Month and 30 Day Warranties we will e-Parcel the replacement free of delivery charge to you and if the item proves to be faulty due to a manufacturing defect, we will also refund your reasonable return delivery fee so that you incur no costs to return.

The benefits under the ‘Unique BeDaring Warranties 12 Month and 30 Day’ are in addition to other rights and remedies under a law in relation to the goods and services.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
